These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms
and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

- Must remain an active paid client for at least 12 consecutive months.
- Growth claims require clients to provide reasonable documentation of baseline audience, leads, sales, or speaking activity at onboarding.
- Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of completing the 12-month engagement and not prior. No partial refunds shall be given. Void where prohibited by law.
- Client must participate in strategy calls, approve outreach materials promptly, and provide timely feedback to qualify for the guarantee. No booked shows can be missed or not accepted for guarantee to apply.
Legal disclaimer and service terms
1. Right to Refuse Service:
Podcastcola reserves the right to decline service to any client for any reason. A minimum of 30 days notice will be provided to clients in cases where service is discontinued, unless otherwise specified in the client’s individual service agreement.
2. Pricing and Payments:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any price changes applicable to ongoing contracts at least 30 days before such changes take effect.
3. Contractual Terms:
Unlimited service packages are subject to a minimum commitment of one year. Early termination of these packages may result in cancellation fees and penalties, as detailed in the client’s service agreement.
4. Price Matching:
Podcastcola will match any competitor’s pricing on identical services. Clients must provide verifiable proof of the competitor’s current advertised price. This offer is subject to terms and conditions and may be withdrawn or modified at Podcastcola’s discretion.
5. Disclaimer of Liability:
Podcastcola shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services or from any breach of these terms, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill, or data. Our liability in such cases will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. General:
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Podcastcola operates. Any disputes or legal proceedings will be conducted exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.
