All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any price changes applicable to ongoing contracts at least 30 days before such changes take effect.

3. Contractual Terms:

Unlimited service packages are subject to a minimum commitment of one year. Early termination of these packages may result in cancellation fees and penalties, as detailed in the client’s service agreement.

4. Price Matching:

Podcastcola will match any competitor’s pricing on identical services. Clients must provide verifiable proof of the competitor’s current advertised price. This offer is subject to terms and conditions and may be withdrawn or modified at Podcastcola’s discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Liability:

Podcastcola shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services or from any breach of these terms, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill, or data. Our liability in such cases will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Podcastcola operates. Any disputes or legal proceedings will be conducted exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.
